No. This is an independent, non-official informational portal built for commuters. The official operator is NCRTC, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation. Visit ncrtc.in for official fares, timings and service updates.
Is Namo Bharat the same as RRTS or "rapid rail"?
Yes, Namo Bharat is the brand name NCRTC gave to the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) trains on the Delhi to Meerut corridor. The service was earlier called RapidX, and commuters often call it Namo Bharat Metro even though it technically runs as a rapid rail service, not a metro. Note that a separate national intercity train, formerly Vande Metro, was also renamed "Namo Bharat Rapid Rail" in 2024. That is a different service running on other routes across India, not this Delhi to Meerut corridor.
